Order

Before you receive your KU dyes we will take these steps together:

1. From the catalogue, take down the product number and quantity of the dyes you wish to order

– note that some products are not in stock, just write anyway

2. Write an e-mail to info@ku-dyes.com that include:

– product number(s) and quantities

– contact e-mail

– shipping and billing address

– VAT number

3. We will be in contact to confirm the information

4. When all is in place, you will receive an order confirmation with an estimated shipping date

5. When we ship the product, we will also e-mail you an invoice

– the invoice contains a link for payment by credit card

– you can also pay the invoice by bank transfer
